Well done to Jameson, this lighthouse sculpture does indeed adorn a building at 42 Moorgate. It has been suggested that the lighthouse, which apparently did once work, was the symbol of The Ocean Accident and Guarantee Corporation Ltd, the original occupant of the building. That’s on Moorgate, 42 apparently. This: http://richlyevocative.wordpress.com/2013/07/22/a-vision-from-the-top-deck/ suggests that the light in the little lighthouse used to work, which I’d love to see.
